Chang Hao is a famous seer with 42 ability points. This legend may be found in a player's legend sanctuary once their alliance controls all three strongholds in the Whispering Wasteland region, provided that the player's city is located in the region.

Mythology

Zhang Kui sent a messenger to Zhaoge asking for reinforcements. King Zhou sent an army to Mengjin under the general Yuan Hong. Yuan Hong, Wu Long and Chang Hao were actually evil sprites from a nearby mountain.

In-game image

Previously, the in-game image of Chang Hao used in War of Legends was different from the actual image of Chang Hao. It is unknown why Jagex (or Ultizen) had chosen to use this image instead of the correct version of Chang Hao. All Chang Hao received after July 13, 2011 will have the correct image.
