Fated Wind (or Wind of Fate) is an Aid item which may be used to move a city (or sub-city) to a random flat ground. Players may specify the general region, but not the exact location. This item cannot be used if the players' troops are not within the Garrison, or if allied troops are garrisoned in the Ally base. By relocating the city, the destination wildland tile is removed.
It is recommended that this item is only used when players are trying to avoid being constantly invaded and occupied by another player. However, there is a risk of moving further away from the player's alliance members.
By using the Fated Wind (as opposed to the Divine Wind), players are not limited by the 12-hour restriction.
