Army Sense is a Legend skill which can be learned at the university. This skill increases the success rate of spying on other legends' troops at the spy camp. At every level, success rate is increased by 2%. The maximum boost at level 20 would be 40%. The boost can go up to 60% at level 30, although a level 30 university can only be built in a famous city.
