This is an item that was introduced in the 18 November, 2010 update. This item can be acquired from:

  • Daily Bag (Two secret boxes are obtained)
  • FengShen Tower (50,000 points)
  • Invading various wildlands and Special Paradises.

This item may contain any of the magic cards that affect cities.
